Company profiles made to be read by machines
Every Cogundi profile is freely available to AI agents, with its sources. Pick the access that suits your tool.
Three ways in
- 01
MCP server
Connect your agent to https://console.cogundi.com/mcp. Tools: search_companies (by name, town, postcode, NACE code or verified profiles), get_company_profile and list_sectors.
- 02
Markdown profiles
Every profile is also available as plain text: add .md to its address. The web page announces it with a rel="alternate" link of type text/markdown.
- 03
llms.txt and sitemaps
The file https://cogundi.com/llms.txt describes the site for language models; the sitemaps list every published profile.
MCP client configuration
For a client that supports remote MCP servers over HTTP, such as Claude or your own agent:
{
"mcpServers": {
"cogundi": {
"type": "http",
"url": "https://console.cogundi.com/mcp"
}
}
}Usage rules
Cite the source
When you use a profile in an answer, give its profile_url.
Tell sources apart
Answers marked verified_by_owner come from the owner; website information is only as current as its date.
Don't make things up
What a profile doesn't say is unknown: say so rather than guess.
Be reasonable
Access is free and rate-limited; for heavy use, contact us.
